I had several critical brick issues affecting our home through deteriorated bricks. When it rained it also rained inside my dining room and down my bedroom walls. I had many roofing and tuckpointing companies attempt to fix this issue with no success. When Dan Kruk evaluated the same areas, he identified the issues and presented a solution (and suggested a solution for an ongoing ice dam problem as well). He welcomed and answered all my questions. The company's coordination was excellent! The masonry team and materials arrived as scheduled, work was performed with respect for my time and property, and they even repaired damaged areas on the chimney and other areas without hesitation. I am very pleased with their service. Now the weather elements stay on the outside of my home where they belong.

AAA-1 has done a few jobs for me, and their professionalism has been really impressive. Especially in a masonry industry where service is non-existent, the office staff has been great, and especially my project manager Chris Teng. I think I've met Chris twice in person but I would probably let him watch my dog-- he's been that professional and reliable. He anticipates issues and offers good solutions. I hesitate to give any glowing reviews or else they'll be too busy for me next time, but Chris and Robert Reese the owner deserve it. If you want a cheap job that will take 30 minutes of time, you might want someone smaller- but for anything medium to long term where you want reasonable quality and reliability, make AAA one of your three quotes.
